Sabrina and I have used Rich Rankin and his company to do a complete renovation of our townhouse in downtown Naples. The renovation included every part of the townhouse with a very custom design. Sabrina being an architect from Europe who has worked all over the world had some very unique designs that have not been used in the area. She is also very particular on everything being done perfectly. Rich and his company were amazing throughout the entire process. His attention to detail went way above and beyond anything we have experienced in other projects Sabrina and I have done throughout the years. Rich would catch issues before even Sabrina would and that put us completely at ease. Rich also has amazing patience under even the most stressful situations. Every time there was a complication Rich would calmly think about it and come up with a plan to resolve it. Rich has access to excellent craftsmen and suppliers our place looks amazing and the quality of the work is perfection. Sabrina and I highly recommend Rich to anyone doing renovation or new construction projects in the area.

I have worked with Rich Rankin on two different renovations – first, we renovated the interior of our home, and the second renovation was an extension of our loggia. The interior renovation consisted of a complete gut of the master bath, powder room, office and the kitchen, all new floors in the house, moving of some walls, new light fixtures, creation of a second office from the dining room, and all new paint. The loggia extension consisted of adding several columns and footings, a new roof, addition of operable screen and hurricane shutters, and stucco repairs.
Throughout all of the work, we found Rich to be extremely responsive whenever we called, texted or emailed, and he was knowledgeable of the subs and their work. He was focused on quality, and pushed the subs to provide acceptable quality. Rich delivered both projects on schedule and on budget. He was transparent and fair with the pricing, and whenever there was an issue related to pricing, schedule or quality, we were able to quickly resolve the issue in a reasonable manner. There were certainly problems during the construction process, but he never hid from them, and always dealt with the issue quickly.
I am a commercial general contractor and developer of rental communities, so I do understand the business. Rich is someone I would highly recommend.
